Gokstad Akademiet is a centrally located vocational school offering nine different programs, all developed in close collaboration with local businesses. Students can choose from full-time studies or short courses. Available programs include web design, cyber security, digital marketing, sustainable entrepreneurship & innovation, frontend development, and backend programming.

Sandefjord is also home to one of Europe's largest and most modern flight schools. Pilot Flight Academy provides international pilot certification, addressing the global demand for pilots. Additionally, EHC - European Helicopter Center, located at Sandefjord Lufthavn Torp, is Europe's leading helicopter school and Norway's only comprehensive vocational school for helicopter training.
